Spirit Consciousness
Can one live without Spirit? Scripture tells us that the Creator breathed into the human being of His Spirit. It seems that breath of Spirit is the breath of Life. Therefore, Spirit is breathing our breath and beating our hearts. Spirit is the Power and Energy behind every thing, thought, and action. It is impossible to be alive without Spirit. When the breath stops, then the soul leaves the body. Unfortunately, one is not always aware of Spirit and It’s Power. Why? Here are a few reasons:
- We know very little about It.
- We cannot access it through our conscious mind and five senses..
- Social and cultural conditioning has directed us away from Spirit.
The human being needs to become aware of or conscious of this Spirit Energy. In fact, one’s own Power is linked to the Spirit Energy that is in everything. Every living thing; every living creature; every living cell has Spirit Consciousness within it. One just needs to tap into It, be aware and walk, talk, think and do with It.
Spirit Consciousness operates with Natural Laws. The closest one can get to living with Spirit is by applying the natural Laws. Dr. Thurman Fleet, founder of Concept Therapy calls some of these Laws of the Soul. He identifies and discusses 12 Laws of the Soul in his book “Rays of the Dawn.” They are: Faith, Hope, Generosity, Aspiration, Patience, Sympathy, Noninterference, Kindness, Courage, Forgiveness, Duty, and Love.
I was given 25 Spirit Energies/Points of Attraction discussed in my book: “25 Days to Living Your Happiness.” They are: Selfless Service, Communication, Connection, Present, Being, Easy, Hopeful, Responsible, Flexible, Contentment, Letting Go, Acceptance, Surrender, Detachment, Appreciation, Patience, Silence, Stillness, Peace, Freedom, Happiness, Joy, Forgiveness, Mercy, and Love.
When one allows oneself to study and practice any of these Laws and Energies/Points of Attraction, then one may become aware of Spirit Consciousness within oneself and others. How could you know? Simply stated it’s a good feeling; a positive vibration. “Spirit Power” and energy connects all humans and creatures because It lives within each cell of everything. For example, a random act of kindness creates a good feeling for the receiver, the giver and all who witness the act. Consistent awareness and practice of Spirit Consciousness will result in you Living with Spirit and the Oneness of Life.

Andrew Morrison with Dr. Z at Hue-Man Bookstore NYC
Nationally and internationally recognized Business Coach and Speaker Andrew Morrison attended the book launch event in NYC. He stated to the people: "Be more cognizant of people who drain your energy. Dr. Z suggests to Love everybody because it is from Love we come and to Love we will return. When you meet someone, the first thing to do is ask their spirit "Are you in pain?" You don't have to say anything to me. Once you know someone is in pain, put your armor up...You by your mere Presence will help to alleviate them of their pain. Some of you came here one way, but you'll leave differently because of Dr. Z. And that's our main purpose to help people take their pain and transform it into their full potential and their full power."
"When someone is in pain your sole responsiblity is to transform them. At the highest level, which is Dr. Z's level, is to transform you with0ut your permission. He donesn't need your permission. Just your mere Presence, his Presence will begin to transform you and increase your awareness. Every attack is a cry for Love."
"Dr. Z's book, his job, his coaching session will be to prepare you for these tribulations. When the enemy comes, embrace him. You want to get this book, because this book outlines the keys to becoming more powerful and becoming free."

Serve Like Never Before
This is the time to accelerate your service!
There's a book by Og Mandino called "The Greatest Miracle in the World." It is a reminder that YOU are the greatest miracle in the world! One of the many great points in the book is: "When someone asks you to go a mile with them, GO ANOTHER MILE." I experienced that this week. As soon as my ego thought: "I'm tired of doing this or that. It's time to move on. They're not paying me enough" My higher self made it clear by saying "That's not the best 'move' for the situation."
Your ego is speaking to you in fear. Turn it off. Change the "channel." Listen to the higher inner voice. Keep showing up! Keep sharing your best service! Take on more even if you don't get paid right away. Believe me, the compensation is coming! In fact, it's already here. Everything you need is already here. It just has to manifest in your "space" and will at the best and most appropriate time or season.
Fear not! Keep serving! Like Earl Nightingale says: "If you are standing in front of a cold stove; you've got to put the wood in if you expect to get heat." It seems that "putting the wood in" means providing your service at the highest possible quality and the greatest possible quantity for the highest good of all.
Through consistent effort that Light will grow until you have the warmth and comfort you desire. Give your service through the Power of Divine Love. The Law of Reciprocity says: What you give will come back, multiplied.

Be Who and What You Are
Received this from my friend Jerry Hogan and wanted to share. Thanks Jerry! Any thoughts anyone? - Dr. Z
I am watching a hawk build his nest high in a tree in our front yard. It is a great metaphor for what we do:
1. He seeks to build at the highest point possible.
2. He methodically builds one stick at a time
3. He works persistently to make a nest for those he “loves” even though his mate and newborn have not arrived to fill that nest.
4. He protects his territory through constant vigilance, and warns off competitors and predators so that they will have left by the time his mate arrives.
5. He works now and rests later.
6. He is always a hawk, never aspiring to be a squirrel or a groundhog or any other creature. He is proud of his “hawkness” and aspires to be the best hawk he can be for himself and his family.
Now that I have been inspired by his example, I can get to work being the best I know how to be, and knowing that my reward comes in direct proportion to the investment I make in others’ lives.

Inspiration of a New Day!
As a result of the inauguration experience, I contacted all of the high schools in my community and offered a youth leadership program to transform C students into honor roll students. It is a labor of love. At this stage in life, it's all about what can one invest in the next generation. I AM committed to serve.
What are you inspired to give now that change has come to America? Love Energy - Dr. Z

Every human being has a potential to make a powerful contribution in this world. We often realize our potential through the work we dedicate our lives to when we are “on purpose.” Unfortunately, many people have not discovered a way to release their power to be and do what they want. Self-leadership is the key to unlocking potential and manifesting personal power. Leadership is one of the top five skills requested by employers of new hires (Michigan State University research study) and one of the essential skills lacking among entry level employees.
